The following chart shows cottage rates for 2023 summer, spring and fall.
Cottages are also available for monthly rentals in the spring and fall.

* Extra person charge: $15/night or $75/week applies for additional people age 2 or older.

Row boat without motor: $5.00/day or $25.00/week. No charge with motor rental.
9.9 hp motor: $35.00/day or $150/week, includes gasoline.

Deposits:

  • An initial deposit of $150 is due when the cottage booking is made.
  • A second deposit of $300 is due by March 1, 2023
  • The final balance including all applicable taxes is due upon arrival.
  • Cancellations: Deposit minus $35.00 cancellation fee refunded only if reservation can be re-booked.
  • Sorry, no credit cards accepted at this time.

Check In:

  • There will be no need to check in upon arrival.
  • Drive directly to your cottage which will be open and ready for you by 3 p.m.
  • Cottage keys will be on the table along with other helpful information.
  • Either Ted or Carolyn will stop by to welcome you and to answer any questions you may have.
